Giving your workers an outing with the business would be a nice way to cut the tension and help the employees cut loose with their bosses. Make sure it stays professional, you still need to keep the respect level high between your subordinates.
Work isn’t just work
Making sure your employees have a nice work environment can help increase productivity.
