To apply for RoR, you can follow a few details: 

1. Visit the official website of Banglarbhumi. 

2. Hit the ‘Citizen Registration’ button on the right-hand bottom of the page. 

3. Fill in the requisite information and click ‘Save’ to register. 

4. You will now receive a one-time password (OTP) on your mobile number. 

5. Feed the OTP, and you will get a confirmation mail on your registered email ID. 

6. You will have to click the activation link received in your mail to complete the process of registration. 

7. Upload all required documents and hit the ‘Submit’ button. 

8. The portal will now issue an acknowledgment slip with your application number. 

9. Once your details are verified, your RoR Certificate will be issued by the relevant authority.
