After time away from the office, it is easy to develop imposter syndrome. You may feel like you do not belong or that you aren’t as qualified. Remind yourself that you were hired for a reason. You have talents and skills that put you in the position that you are in. It’s time to capitalize on your strengths when you return. Ask yourself what areas you shine in.
