Must check the refresh rate at the time of buying LED. If the refresh rate will be less than 75 Hz then you will more likely to get the complications caused by flicker. You must adjust the display settings up to the highest refresh rate if you are unable to upgrade your display.

Don’t forget to buy the LED with the highest possible resolution. The highest resolution helps to lessen the burdens on your eyes. The resolution belongs to the dot pitch of the monitor. Your LED must have the highest resolution and lowest dot pitch. You will see the incredible change.

3)  INCREASE BLINKING WHILE WORKING

During work, don’t forget to blink frequently. Frequent blinking moisturizes your eyes and reduces dryness and irritation. Isn’t it helpful? Yes, a lot. While working on the computer, people only stare at the screen. Due to this, they blink very little. And this is the most dangerous thing that we all do.

4)  DON’T FORGET TO TAKE A BREAK

You can also relax your other body parts during this break. Give relaxation to your arms, neck, and legs. This exercise will help to reduce fatigue and tension in muscles. So, breaks are important for the eyes as well as for the rest of the body.
