In April, 2022, a picture of a man in a cow costume went viral on social media. Along with it, a decidedly NSFW claim about the origins of the news also arrested public attention. The name of the person in the picture was Carl Twinly. The image first appeared on satire site Ringsssss.com in December, 2021.
What the Story Says
The story that appeared below the man’s photo read, “Carl Twinly of Beaumont Texas has been arrested on charges of public indecency and masturbation by deception. Mr. Twinly posed as a dairy cow milking competition. Carl was milked by a total of 13 contestants before his ruse was uncovered.”
Any adult person will tell you that it’s false news. How can someone be a cow? And you will immediately realize that there is something wrong with that man. It turns out that it was actually a woman and she was arrested on the charge of misconduct with children and getting in the way of traffic flow.
A Work of Fiction?
The story about the ‘cow man’ is a work of fiction. However, the mugshot is real. The picture was taken in 2008 and shows a woman, whom the police arrested in Middleton, Ohio.
Even Fox 19 reported the incident. According to Fox 19, the woman had been hired to disguise herself as a cow to promote a local trail that was rumored to be haunted. The woman was arrested on charge of disorderly conduct as she chased a few children and caused a nuisance to traffic flow after getting heavily drunk. .
A Fox 19 report clearly stated that a woman from Middletown had been arrested for her allegedly unruly behavior when she dressed up as a cow. The report added that the police had complained that the woman wearing a cow suit was chasing children and creating nuisance in the way of traffic. A neighbor also brought an allegation against the lady that she was urinating on the person’s front porch.
