Make your employees comfortable inside the office

Even if they are paid well, if they feel uncomfortable for most of the time then many of them will contemplate looking for a better job. That is why it is essential for business owners to step up and do something to make their employees happy and comfortable. Do not just set criteria that are based on employee skills and knowledge. It is also important to look into their personality and gauge if it is a good fit with your company’s culture. You can assess the applicant by asking a lot of behavioural and situational questions.

Lastly, if you want your employees to stay long in the company, it is essential for you to acknowledge their efforts. Give them praise and motivate them to give their best.
