What is an International Baccalaureate(IB) education?
The IB programme, designed for students in the age group of 3 to 19 to impart knowledge with an objective of challenging students to excel in their studies and personal growth. The IB education is divided into three parts:

The focal point of IB MYP (Middle Year Programme) is an intellectual challenge and encouraging them to become reflective thinkers, creative and critical. Features of IB Middle Years Programme:
- Gives an address to holistic student’s physical, intellectual and emotional well being.

MYP curriculum tends to cover most national and local requirements as well via eight subject groups: individuals and societies, mathematics, arts, language and literature, sciences, physical and health education, design, and language acquisition. The academic year covers a minimum of 50 hours of instruction per subject. Further, students have the liberty to take up courses from six out of eight subjects in 4 and 5 years.

In MYP, students explore global challenges, human identity and what it means to be internationally minded via global contexts.
- Conceptual understanding: Concepts are the big ideas which are used as a vehicle by the MYP students to inquire into issues and ideas of personal, local and global significance and ex.
- Assessments: The assessment standards (criterion-related) are consistent throughout the world. Typical MYP assessment tasks include open-ended, problem-solving activities and investigations, organized debates, tests and examinations, hands-on experimentation, analysis, and reflection.
To maintain the rigor, MYP assessment is designed in the criterion-related model. The curriculum is also intended to make sure the students get the broader aspect of life and can choose their careers ahead easily.
