Step 2: KYC Verification

Step 4: Lastly, you need to submit a list of documents that are required to issue the card. You need to submit a copy of your PAN Card along with a document that serves as proof of your address. As proof of your address, you can submit your Aadhaar card, passport, Voter identity card or other such documents.
