  • Best of the cooks can prepare these delicacies: Because of its different flavors, spices, andvariations, people think that best of the Indian cuisines are prepared by professional chefs only. Much contrary to what people think, Indian food is not that difficult to prepare. Infact, it is easier than many of the western cuisines, all you need to do is to just familiarize yourself with Indian Ingredients, spices, and very basic techniques. You may find some difficulty initially but eventually, you will realize that it is as easy as any other western dish.
  • Indian food is not healthy: There is no denial in the fact that some of the Indian dishes use good amount of oil for deep frying but it does not mean that it is unhealthy to eat Indian food. The best part about Indian food is that you can always adapt your own version of recipe. There are certain dishes which are more healthy and nutritious than western breakfast that some of us have. Indian culture is diverse and so as the Indian cuisine, if you don’t want to have anything fried you can always opt for a much healthier option from the platter of different Indian cuisines from different traditions.
  • Too spicy to eat: It is not Indian cuisine but your own choice to make food spicy or not. As we discussed that India has diverse culture and hence have diverse food choices, you can always eat something that suits your taste buds. You can always customize your food and can eat according to your taste preferences.
  • All food items have curry: Most of the people from west use curry as synonym of cuisine when talking about Indian food. We agree that curry is an important part of Indian food, but it does not mean that it does not have variations in something which is without curry. Here also you always customize your dish with or without curry according to your wish.
