Well, after hearing all the hype about tick-tock recruitment, I thought it was time to dive into it. I’m not a tick talk user, so I thought for the purpose of this blog, I should download the app! Upon logging in, I was immediately blown away by a video. It took me a while to get acquainted with the random videos flashing on my screen, but after a while, I was rapidly moving around the app.
I checked the trending hashtags and videos, then found myself laughing out loud unexpectedly! From the boys making sexy leaps to the pies of their waiting for pizza rolls at home, to the lady you recorded the video of the co-worker you teased during the zoom meetings, I easily (and quickly) Enjoyed
Then I decided to get serious and look for “professional advice” since this has been a popular hashtag on Tik Tok lately (and it’s probably more relevant to this blog than this video). Someone is shown running home to get pizza rolls). I think it’s going to be a series of more serious videos, these were actually more videos that made me laugh out loud! I did not expect professional advice educational and entertaining! I wondered if Tik Tak could really be a good place for recruiters?
In this blog, we’ll take a look at what TikTok can mean to recruiters: Is it really the right recruitment platform? What are the benefits of using it? What kind of videos do you post on it? What should be considered before using? We’ll look at all of these questions and look for rumors of a new functional service that TikTok is currently experimenting with.
First, what is tik tok?
Before downloading the TikTok followers hack Mod apk, I knew what TickTock was, but you really don’t know how it works unless you use it yourself. If you are not familiar with Tik Tok, this is a social media app that allows you to create short videos. In your videos, you can add effects and filters, speed up, add backgrounds, combine videos together, and much more! If you’re watching videos, you can search for them by topic, popular hashtags, hashtags or topics, and even follow users. You will find all kinds of videos on the app, from dance videos, jokes, video clips, to pure comedy videos. There is no one type of tik tok video!
Promote posts using hashtags.
HBO promoted the job on Tik Tok using the hashtag #HBOMaxsummerintern and received 300 applications. He did a promotional video with singer Montana Tucker to encourage applications for positions on social media. Job applicants are encouraged to use the hashtag #HCoHireMe and post a video of the T-shirt revival.
While you may not be a big company like HBO or Hollister, these are good examples of some of the ways you can use hashtags on Tik Tok to either complement a video you post about a job or encourage others to post videos with your hashtag.
Professional advice and guidance.
Companies can also post videos that provide job search and career advice. When I searched for “career tips” on Tik Tok, a number of videos came up! However, the people with the most ideas made the videos interesting. It doesn’t have to be funny, but you do want it to be quick and charming. Videos of 60 seconds or less are ideal. Tik-tok videos can only be 15 seconds long (when recording on Tik-tok), but you can stack 4 to 15-second videos at a time. You can make these videos interesting by adding texts, filters, and backgrounds. If you’re putting 15-second videos together, you might want to consider using different backgrounds or shooting from different locations.
The business services idea originated with the hashtag #careeradvice, which gained momentum in early 2021 with more than 80 million daily views by mid-February. [4) Then Tik Tok realized that the platform is not just for fun, but can be used to learn something new or gain new skills. Time will tell if the service will be launched, but tick-tock activity suggests that tick-tock service may be in demand, giving recruiters and recruiters more reasons to use the app.
